FAQ
Questions people ask first.
If something is not answered here, book a demo and ask. Thirty minutes, no pitch.
How long does it take?
Riley shows you a creative direction first. Once you approve it, the ad is typically ready within a few business days. You get an email at each step, so there is nothing to chase.
What counts as a revision?
One round of changes to the finished ad — pacing, a shot, the copy on screen, the music. A revision is a change to the ad you approved the direction for, not a new idea. If you want a different concept, that is a new ad.
Do I need to provide footage?
No. Photos of your product are enough. If you have video, brand assets or a logo, Riley will use them — anything you send is used only for your ads.
Can I request a UGC-style ad?
Yes. Tell Riley in the intake, or show it an ad you like in that style. Riley works out what makes the reference work and builds something original from that.
What if I want another ad?
Order another. Riley already knows your product, your claims and your assets, so the second one starts further along than the first.
Where can I use the ad?
Anywhere you advertise — paid social, organic, your site, email. The final video is yours. Riley does not run your ads or manage your ad spend.
What can Riley say about my product?
Only what you tell it, and only what you have said it may claim. Riley separates what you described from what you warranted, and it will not invent a statistic, an award or a superlative you did not give it.
Does Riley copy the ads I show it?
No. Riley measures structure and pacing — how long the shots are, where the cuts fall, how the opening works — and uses that understanding to make something original. It does not reuse a reference's script, shots or music.
What if I don't like it?
Ask for the revision. If Riley cannot make an ad it would be comfortable delivering, it will not deliver one, and you will not be charged for work that never met the bar.
