How do I connect Slack?

Riley installs into your Slack with a secure sign-in, then reports in and asks for your approval right in the channel you choose. See the integrations page for the steps.

How do I connect Google Business Profile?

Connect each client's Google Business Profile with one click. Riley then watches reviews and listing details for that client. Details are on the integrations page.

Does Riley change anything without my approval?

No. Riley drafts the fix and waits. Nothing posts, replies, or changes on a client account until you approve it. You set what needs a sign-off per client.

What is on the weekly receipt?

A signed summary per client: what changed, what was verified live, and an honest note on anything Riley could not confirm. It is proof you can hand the client, not a claim.

How is billing calculated?

You pay a flat price per client location, not per task or per token. No token meter, no surprise overages. The full proof loop is in every plan. See pricing.

Is my clients' data private?

Yes. A forwarded receipt opens only for someone with the link, it shows a signed summary, and the client's source data stays private. Nothing is publicly searchable. See security.

Can I pause Riley or disconnect a tool?

Anytime. Turn off any connection in one click, and Riley stops working with that tool. Your data in the tool is not affected, and you can reconnect whenever you want.

Do I need a credit card to try Riley?

No. The free trial connects one client and runs a full watch, fix, verify pass, so you hold a signed receipt before you decide to pay.

How many clients can I manage?

Plans scale by client location, from up to 10, to up to 30, to up to 75, with a custom Agency tier above that. Riley keeps every client separate and proves the work per client.
